Elizabeth J. Covington, M.D., is the Medical Director and Founder of Center 4 Health.  She received her Master's Degree in Public Health in Health Administration and Planning at the University of Pittsburgh.  The Doctor is a graduate of the Mayo Medical School, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  Dr. Covington is experienced in the practice of industrial, family, child and geriatric medicine.  She has an active skilled nursing facility practice.  Dr. Covington welcomes the opportunity to tour worksite facilities to evaluate safety features and health care needs.
